We prepare your batch to the marketplace's requirements and deliver it ourselves — under FBW to a Wildberries warehouse, or under FBS to a sorting centre.
How FBW differs from FBS
FBW — the goods sit in a Wildberries warehouse. You ship the batch once, and from there the marketplace picks and delivers the orders itself. This suits a steady turnover, when you know roughly how much will sell in a month.
FBS — the goods stay with us. An order arrives during the day, we pick it, apply the label and take it to the sorting centre before the cut-off. This suits expensive goods, wide size ranges, and anything you would rather not freeze in a WB warehouse.

Why Wildberries turns shipments away
Usually the problem is not the product but the preparation. An unreadable barcode, a box without a transport label, the wrong barcode inside, an overweight pallet, packaging damaged in transit. Intake is cancelled, the truck drives back, the slot burns.
We count every unit with a scanner and apply the labels ourselves. No barcode — we print one. Code will not scan — we relabel it. Any discrepancy with your figures you see right after intake, not after the marketplace has raised a shortage claim.
Chestny Znak (Russian product marking)
Clothing, footwear, perfume, tyres and other marked categories require a Chestny Znak code on every unit. We apply the codes, scan them during packing and bind them to the order — so that intake at Wildberries does not turn up a mismatch between the code on the goods and the code in the shipment.
You export the codes yourself from your own Chestny Znak account and send them to us as a file. We do not ask for your electronic signature — it is your signature, and it has no place on someone else's server.

- Do you deliver to any Wildberries warehouse?
- Yes, sorting centres included. We agree the destination and date in advance — the manager raises an intake task and the warehouse has the batch ready for that day.
- Can I hand over goods without packing — just intake and dispatch?
- You can. Packing is a separate service, and if the goods are already prepared we simply receive them, count them, label them where needed and take them over.
- How long does preparing a batch take?
- Processing starts from two hours after intake. The exact time depends on the volume and on what has to be done: counting is faster than counting plus packing and labelling every single unit.
