Sealing equipment
We seal bags along the edge. The seam is even and visible: the package cannot be opened unnoticed.
Russian-made equipment
Spare parts are available inside the country: a part is replaced in days, not months of waiting for an overseas delivery. And while one shrink-wrap machine is being repaired, the second keeps running — batches do not queue up.
POF — polyolefin shrink film
Under heat it shrinks to the shape of the product and hugs it tightly: the pack does not rattle, does not slip and holds its corners. Unlike PVC it does not yellow with age and gives off no acrid fumes when shrinking — which is why it is also used for goods that come into contact with food.
At volume this is the most economical method we use: the film costs pennies per unit, the machine wraps in seconds, and its weight barely affects dimensions or volumetric weight at dispatch.
But no packaging is universal: fragile goods need bubble wrap, clothing needs a courier bag. We match the method to the product, not to habit.

We know what makes intake reject a shipment, which packaging will not survive a sorting centre, and what later turns into disputes over damage. So we pack the way we would want our own goods packed — not just to close the task.
POF shrink film
Cost-effective at volumeThe film shrinks to the shape of the product and hugs it tightly: the pack holds its corners and does not slip. Black opaque film is available — for 18+ goods and anything that should not be on show.
Courier bag
An opaque bag with an adhesive flap. Light, crease-resistant and it hides the contents completely — chosen for clothing, textiles and small goods.
Clear bag
The product and its label are visible through the bag, so intake goes faster. Suits anything that already comes in its own box.
Zip-lock bag
A reusable fastening: the buyer opens and closes the pack without a knife, so the goods survive a try-on and a return looking the same.
Bubble wrap
For fragile goods. Absorbs impacts on the road and during handling at the marketplace warehouse — glass, ceramics and electronics arrive intact.
Stretch film
Holds a box or a pallet together. Stops the box from opening in transit and shields the contents from dust and damp.
Corrugated box cut to size
We cut and crease board to fit the specific product. A box that fits means less empty space inside and lower volumetric weight at dispatch.
Tape sealing
We tape the seams to the marketplace's requirements. The seam is even and any tampering shows at once — fewer disputes at intake.
Strapping tape
Pulls a box or pallet tight with tape on the machine. A heavy load reaches the marketplace warehouse in the same condition it left in.

The two models have different rules
Under FBS the packaging travels to the buyer; under FBW it goes into a Wildberries warehouse. Hence different marking and different size limits. We broke down both:

Sleeve versus shrink film — the difference shows
In a sleeve the film sits loose and bunches up; after shrinking it settles to the shape of the product. The second option is more compact and looks tidier at marketplace intake.

For comparison: under FBW, when the goods sit in a Wildberries warehouse, the commission is 35.5% and does not depend on speed. Right now it is 1 points below yours — but FBW adds paid storage and freezes the batch. And the main thing: with fast dispatch FBS beats FBW on almost every product. Move the slider to 13 hours and see for yourself.
We dispatch in 10.5 hours on average — that is the maximum-discount zone. The clock stops the moment the sorting centre scans the shipment code (the consignment note), not when the order reaches the buyer.
The figure moves with how busy Wildberries warehouses are: on peak days sorting centres run slower, and that is outside our control.
Missing the cut-off? Use a pickup point
An order can go to a pickup point instead of a sorting centre. There are more of them and they are closer, so fitting into 13 hours is easier — and that is the maximum-discount zone.
Until 31 января, handling at a pickup point costs 10 ₽ per unit for the first 500 units a day. Every unit after that is 50 ₽.
The 10 ₽ pays for itself on orders above 670 ₽ — that is what the gap between −3.5 and −5 points is worth. If without this you were missing the 48-hour window entirely, the threshold is lower: 200 ₽.
Past 500 units a day the rate is four times higher and only pays off on orders above 3340 ₽. Routing your whole volume this way does not add up: it is a way to rescue urgent orders, not a replacement for the sorting centre.
We deliver to both sorting centres and pickup points — we will cost both for your batch.
How Wildberries calculates it
- Under 13 hours — commission lower by 5
- 13 to 42 hours — commission lower by 3.5
- 42 to 48 hours — base rate, unchanged
- 48 to 54 hours — +0.30 for every hour from the 48th
- 54 to 60 hours — +0.35 for every hour from the 48th
- Over 60 hours — +0.45 for every hour from the 48th
The surcharge is always counted from the 48th hour — only the rate changes. That is why the figure jumps at the 54-hour mark: the same hours are recalculated at a dearer rate.
The clock stops when the sorting centre scans the shipment code (the consignment note). Delivery to the buyer after that does not affect the coefficient — Wildberries counts sorting time separately and has not changed it.
These terms apply to orders from August 7, 2026. Wildberries called them temporary and promised warning before they end.
Base commissions are taken from the official Wildberries API on August 6, 2026. Within a category the commission can differ between subjects; the most common value is shown here — the exact figures are always in your seller account.
Category and product names come from the Wildberries catalogue and are shown in Russian, exactly as they appear in your seller account.

How much does fulfilment cost?
The price depends on the product, the batch size and the packaging method. Describe your batch in a request and we will come back with a quote.
What volume can I start with?
Tell us how many units you have and how often you plan to dispatch. Volume terms are agreed when we quote.
Which marketplaces do you work with?
Wildberries under FBW and FBS, and Ozon under FBO and FBS.
How do FBW and FBO differ from FBS?
FBW and FBO mean shipping a batch to the marketplace warehouse. Under FBS the goods stay with us, and orders are picked and handed to the sorting centre as they arrive.
When is FBS better than FBW or FBO?
When your range is wide and sales are uneven: you do not have to guess how many units to send to the marketplace warehouse, and nothing sits there as dead stock. Also when you need to change the range quickly without waiting for intake. The honest downside: you pay picking on every order, and delivery to the buyer is usually a little slower than under FBW or FBO. If sales are steady and predictable, shipping to the marketplace warehouse may work out cheaper — we will cost both options.
Can FBS be combined with shipping to a marketplace warehouse?
Yes, and it is a common setup: send your fast movers to the marketplace warehouse and keep the rest with us under FBS. We run both models at once — there is no need to split batches between warehouses.
Can you store goods between shipments?
Yes. The goods sit in our warehouse and wait for your word to dispatch.
How do you choose the packaging?
We start from the product and how it will travel. If you are unsure, we will suggest an option ourselves.
What happens if the quantity does not match?
