Marketplace barcodes
Every unit in a marketplace warehouse must carry a readable barcode. If it is missing or damaged, the goods will not be accepted. We print the labels ourselves and apply them to the goods — from one to three barcodes per unit if your scheme calls for it.
We print in 58×40 and 75×120 formats. Every applied code is checked with a scanner: a printed but unreadable label is the most galling reason for rejection, because the defect is invisible to the eye.
Chestny Znak
Marked categories — clothing, footwear, perfume, tyres and others — need a Chestny Znak code in DataMatrix format on every unit. We print the codes, apply them, scan them during packing and bind them to the marketplace order.
You export the codes yourself from your Chestny Znak account and send them to us as a file. We do not ask for your electronic signature and do not keep it on our server: it is your legal signature, not an access key, and a contractor is the wrong place for it.
Counting is the foundation
Labelling is meaningless without an exact count. We open every box and count every unit with a scanner — not by eye and not by weight. Weighing is faster, but in a dispute with a supplier «we counted» is provable and «we weighed» is not.
Any discrepancy with your figures you see right after intake, in the client portal, not a month later in the sales report.
Frequently asked
- Can you apply Chestny Znak codes if the goods are already packed?
- They would have to be unpacked and packed again — the code must be on the unit itself and stay readable. That is separate work, and it is better to plan labelling before packing.
- What if a barcode will not scan?
- We relabel it. Every label is checked with a scanner right after it is applied, so unreadable codes do not travel to the marketplace.
- Do you need my electronic signature for Chestny Znak?
- No. You export the codes yourself and send them as a file. The signature stays with you.
