We prepare your batch to Ozon's requirements and deliver it ourselves — under FBO to a marketplace warehouse, or under FBS to a sorting centre.
FBO or FBS: which to choose
FBO — the goods travel to an Ozon warehouse and are stored there. The marketplace picks and delivers the orders itself, and you pay storage and logistics at its rates. Worthwhile on a stable turnover.
FBS — the goods stay in our warehouse. Orders come in during the day, we pick them and take them to the sorting centre. You do not freeze the batch and you do not pay for storage at Ozon, but you do have to make the cut-offs.

Why goods get rejected
Ozon is strict about packaging and dimensions. A box of the wrong size, an unsecured pallet, an unreadable label, goods without individual packaging in a category where it is mandatory — and the whole shipment is turned away.
We pack so the goods arrive intact: shrink film holds the shape, strapping tape stops the box opening, the pallet is pulled tight with stretch film. We can make boxes to the size of your product — so you are not paying to ship air.
What we do with damaged units
If a damaged unit turns up during the count, we set it aside and show it to you rather than sending it on. A defective item that reaches the marketplace comes back as a return — and costs more than rejecting it at the warehouse.

- Do you handle oversized goods?
- Yes. Weight and dimension limits are agreed in advance — tell us what the product is and we will say whether we can take it.
- Can Ozon and Wildberries share one warehouse?
- Yes, and it is the usual arrangement. Stock per product shows as a single figure in the client portal, while dispatches go out separately to each marketplace.
- Who pays for delivery to the Ozon warehouse?
- Delivery is a separate service and its cost depends on the destination and the volume. We cost it as it is done and show it as its own line on the invoice.
